CENSOR publications
Dissemination of knowledge is an important issue in science and society. CENSOR utilises the multiple media available for communicating and conserving the knowledge gained in this inter-disciplinary and international project on the ENSO phenomenon.
CENSOR publications represent work, which received substantial input from CENSOR academic staff and/or which has been supported from CENSOR resources.
In order to assist the visitor of our homepage in accessing the multiple sources for knowledge dissemination available today, we have characterized CENSOR publications by different criteria, which are shown in the following pages.
Peer reviewed – scientific articles published in a journal with a peer review process. Papers under this headline are at least “in press”. Due to copyright restrictions of some journals you will provide a link to the respective article. Accessibility of pdf files depends on the subscription status of your institution
Non-reviewed/ tech. reports – articles published in non-reviewed journals and reports from technical workshop and stakeholder meetings within CENSOR
Conference contributions – poster and oral presentations given at national and international conferences. In most cases the abstract is provided as pdf file
CENSOR publications do not necessarily represent the scientific view of the entire group; they are rather a reflection of individual or joint work and thus result of the academic measures in place for scientific publishing today that guarantee scientific quality.
We wish to share our knowledge with the international scientific community and the public at large and encourage you to share our enthusiasm for coastal ecosystem research and management by monitoring the progress of our work.
